  1. hi Ayin! congratulations on your wedding! can i have your email add please? would like to ask you about your suppliers since we have almost the same lineup hehe. would like to ask for your help. thanks! 🙂

  2. Hello Ayin! Congratulations to the both of you. 🙂 Would like to ask for your feedback regarding Joel Faller. We booked him last year for our wedding January next year. We’ve sent him an email regarding our pegs and sent him texts but he doesn’t seem to respond. We also tried calling him but to no avail. Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay, our venue, also tried reaching him (since he “was” their in-house florist during the time we booked) but was not successful at that either. Did you have communication concerns like these with Joel during your wedding preps? Would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks so much!

    • Hi dominique,

First stop is breathe in and out… Think of nothing but your breathing when you get stressed especially from suppliers. 🙂 hope you feel better. Now on to business…

My answer is Yes. And Yes. He is oVERY hard to reach via phone calls, text, email or any other method of communication. In a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the hardest to contact i will say 9.5

Now hear me out… yes he is problematic when it comes to communication but he did the job and he did it over and beyond what I asked of him.

      tips:
      1. If you want to contact him Visit his booth at any upcoming bridal fair- he is ALWAYS personally manning the booth and this is the best oppurtunity to CORNER him on all your demands.
      2. Be more than patient. Be a saint. Do you know that 2 weeks before the wedding i was ready to get a back up for him?! Hehehe but then again 1 week before the wedding I purposely went to his booth at a bridal exhibit and laid out the final details with him plus add-on designs…
      3. Be prepared. I made a detailed powerpoint printed out with all the details from bridal boquet, entou boquet, men’s corsage, the look of the aisle, the table setting etc…

He’s rates are so much reasonable i think and He was the first among the suppliers to arrive on the day of the wedding.

He told me that when he is handling a wedding his phones are off and he focuses on his bride for that day.

Patience pays off A LOT and he knew the vision i had for the ceremony… When my “door supplier” grass events FAILED with the wedding doors Joel swopped in without me knowing that he would add that door detail for me 🙂

      Anyways, hope that helps.

      Ann

  3. Hi again, we contacted Kasal.com and relayed our concern a few mins ago. Was able to talk to Joel after that. Thanks anyway!
